What i loved was:

1 - Guide - we were super lucky to have Arjun as our guide. Really felt he took care of everything for us! Super knowledgeable, easy, fun! Became a great friend for life after this trip - you’d be super lucky to have his company

2 - Company.
Being clients of Nepal Hiking Team felt like VIPs

There were so many perks of traveling with well known local super friendly company:

For starters - upgraded helicopter flight instead of plane when weather wasn’t amazing.

Then, throughout the trip, we noticed - that we had the BEST rooms everywhere we went - with the best view and attached toilets, wherever possible.

Ganga-boss felt like he never slept - answering all your questions almost on a spot!

Again because of his and Arjun’s great connections we’ve had VIP service everywhere we went

  Wow, well organised, wonderful - Such an easy trip to book and carry out. Ganga / office team responded to all queries, no matter how daft, with speed and helpfulness. From being met at the... read more airport to being led up the Manaslu circuit and rest days in Pokhara it was all seamless and stress free.
We were there 10 days after the unseasonal monsoon that had wiped out a lot of the paths and roads - so the guides had to be a bit flexible and were not totally sure of the state of trails we would find.
Our guide, Bijay, was very accommodating and helpful. He too answered our questions well with his knowledge of the English language. If he didn’t know the answer he’d find out. The whole team, including our amazing happy porters we’re keen to make the experience of Manaslu a great one for us. Extra blankets for the cold and the best possible accommodation in the various villages were forthcoming.
If I had any pointers - take plenty of snacks and water purification devices, be prepared for early mornings, and don’t be afraid to ask to ‘add to’ or detour slightly on the set trail.
The itinerary/ route we were initially provided with was not 100% accurate.
A completely wow trip . But not for you if you’re not a regular hiker in hills.
